Alexandria Gregory Named Partner at Transformations, Inc.

Brentwood, TN [December 1, 2023] — www.uluro.com: Transformations, Inc., a software solutions company and developer of Uluro, is pleased to announce the promotion of Alexandria Gregory to the position of partner with the company. While Gregory will continue to be responsible for client services, as a partner she will take a more active role from a strategic perspective. Her deep understanding of the evolving needs of Transformation’s customer base will provide a valuable influence on the company’s direction and roadmap for future products and services.

“We are delighted to have Alex become a partner at Transformations. She has shown herself to be exceptional in her role as vice president of client services, always advocating for the needs of our customers and coming up with proactive solutions to meet them,” said Bill Tidwell, CEO of Transformations. “Alex’s knowledge of the complexities of customer communications management, and ability to understand the evolution of our clients in this field, has been and will continue to be a true asset for both our customers and Transformations.”

In her previous role, Gregory adeptly guided clients through ever-evolving market demands, from addressing data security concerns to spearheading digital transformations. Additionally, she worked closely with Transformation’s Partner Program, networking groups and industry experts to best meet the business requirements of customers and keep up with industry trends.

“I am very honored to be a partner in a company that shares the same values, attitudes and standards that I do,” said Gregory. “I have always been deeply invested in the success of our customers, crafting strategies to bolster their competitiveness. To me every customer relationship becomes a partnership and an exciting opportunity to be a part of their success. As a partner, I will have an ownership perspective that will only add to that focus, because when our customers succeed, so does Transformations.”

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, she majored in Business Communications with a minor in Education. A testament to her leadership and community spirit, she was part of the founding group for MTSU’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes organization and was a member of Chi Omega. Gregory has been with Transformations since January 2016. Prior to joining the company, she specialized in IT staffing, which solidified her expertise in meeting a customer’s unique business requirements.

In addition to her involvement at Transformations, Gregory balances her professional life with her role as a mother of two sons, Levi and Lane, and as a small business owner. Alongside her husband, Caleb, she runs Gregory Grounds Farms and has recently ventured into the culinary scene with Gregory’s Beechgrove Country Store and Kitchen—the town's only restaurant housed in a historic building they own. Passionate about community involvement, Gregory is an active member of the Coffee County Chamber. With a keen sense of business acumen and a heart rooted in community, Gregory embodies the values of leadership, innovation, and community engagement.
